The project consisted of a 3-phase redevelopment consisting of a 10-floor community centre with a mixture of communal spaces and private living spaces.
H&Co Responsibilities:
Installation of metal containment thought all areas.
Installing lighting and power to all areas inc DALI lighting controls
Install new mains distubtuion including rising bus bar, ATS/secondary generator supplies.
